Steps for Usage

1) Soak the sharpening stone in water, place it on the bamboo base, and secure with the rubber holder. 2) Clip the guide onto the knife and use the 400 grit side for rough grinding at a 10-30 degree angle, then switch to the 1000 grit side for fine grinding. 3) Use the 3000 grit side for fine grinding and the 8000 grit side for polishing the blade. 4) Finish by stropping the blade with light pressure to remove remaining burrs.
